Booking

3 questions

Thai customers need their national ID card and an original driving licence that has not expired. Foreign customers need a passport, a visa and an International Driving Permit. For a company booking, please also provide a company affidavit issued within the last 3 months and a copy of the ID card of the authorised signatory.

Pricing

2 questions

The deposit starts at THB 3,000 for our economy cars and goes up to THB 15,000 for premium cars, and the exact amount is shown clearly on each car page. You pay it when you collect the car, together with the full rental fee — booking online takes no prepayment and no credit card number. We refund the deposit in full within 7 business days after the car is returned, provided there is no damage.

Using the car

3 questions

Every car is handed over charged to 100%, with an AC Type-2 cable in the boot. There is no minimum battery level on return: bring the car back at any state of charge, to any branch, and there is no shortfall fee and no recharging fee. We only ask that the cable comes back with the car — a lost or damaged cable costs THB 4,500 to replace.

Insurance

1 questions

Every car carries first-class comprehensive insurance together with compulsory motor insurance, with an excess of THB 5,000 per incident if you are at fault. You can buy additional cover that reduces the excess to THB 0 for THB 250 per day.

Add-on services

1 questions

Yes. Delivery or collection costs THB 500 per trip within a 30 km radius of the branch, and THB 15 per km beyond that. For rentals of 7 days or more we deliver free of charge in Bangkok and the surrounding provinces.
