01Essential cookies

• evcnx_session — keeps you signed in. Set as HttpOnly, expires after 30 days or as soon as you sign out.
• evcnx_locale — remembers the language you picked in the language switcher. Expires after 1 year.
• evcnx_consent — remembers which cookie categories you allowed. Expires after 1 year; delete it and the consent banner asks again.

These two are required for the site to function. Without them we cannot remember your sign-in or your language. Under the PDPA exemption for strictly necessary cookies, we do not ask for consent for this group.

02Analytics cookies

• Set only after you accept them in the cookie banner.
• Used to count visitors, see which pages are most read, and find where people drop out of the booking flow.
• Stored in aggregate — never tied to your name, phone number or email.
• Expire within 12 months.

03How to refuse or delete cookies

• Choose “decline” in the cookie banner and no analytics cookie is set at all.
• Delete this site’s cookies from your browser settings, under privacy and security.
• You can block all cookies in your browser, but then you will not be able to sign in.
• Deleting evcnx_session means signing in again; deleting evcnx_locale means the site guesses your language from your browser settings.

04Third-party cookies and changes

• We embed no advertising pixels and no third-party cross-site tracking cookies.
• Fonts and maps loaded from external providers may log your IP address under those providers’ own policies.
• If we ever add a new category of cookie, we will update this page and ask for consent again before using it.
